In addition we keep our staffing tight so when one of them is out shopping other work slips. The crunch really came when the second of our normal Office Chairs broke from fatigue in a week. Those damn spiders that the wheels attach to are made out of plastic and contort when anyone heavier than a featherweight sits in them.
